DXC announced the partnership on 28 July 2026. The company also took part in ElevenLabs’ recent 500 million dollar Series D round, which valued ElevenLabs at approximately 11 billion dollars.

The partnership covers service desks, training, knowledge management, customer service, virtual assistants and application modernisation. DXC plans to combine ElevenLabs’ audio models and voice agents with its own enterprise platforms and industry expertise, and the two companies intend to pursue joint market opportunities through DXC’s LabX product incubator and AI Platforms Engine.

The central development is that voice AI is moving into managed enterprise workflows rather than staying a standalone speech interface, which creates demand for integrations, domain content, monitoring and escalation processes built around the underlying models.

Four enterprise use cases validate demand for workflow integration

DXC identified four application areas: employee productivity, customer experience, industry specific solutions and application engineering. These categories point to broad enterprise interest, though deployment numbers, customer outcomes and pricing are not yet public.

For smaller providers, that open space is useful: large integrators will likely focus on complex multinational programmes, leaving room for regional and vertical specialists where buyers need local language support, sector terminology or integration with a particular scheduling, CRM or case management product. Voice interfaces do call for a bit more care than text tools, since callers can treat a spoken answer as a firm commitment, so providers will want clear processes around identity, consent, escalation and call handling as they roll this out, which is a natural part of doing voice AI well rather than a special obstacle.

A quick side note

The strongest openings for smaller providers may be in appointment booking, field service intake, multilingual customer support and internal knowledge access for mid-sized organisations, customers who often cannot justify a global transformation partner but still have steady call volumes and staffing constraints. The economic upside comes from resolving a complete interaction end to end, connected to calendars, ticketing and human handoff, rather than from generated speech alone, which is likely to become commoditised over time.
