Icertis appoints interim co-CEOs: board starts search for permanent leader
Icertis has appointed Chief Financial Officer Rajat Bahri and board member Jim Moffatt as interim co-CEOs, while Moffatt also becomes board chair and Bahri remains CFO. The leadership change places two executives with finance, consulting and enterprise technology experience in charge as the contract intelligence company continues its AI-native product strategy and begins a search for a permanent chief executive.
