KT Automation has launched an AI powered industrial procurement platform covering more than 5,000 products across over 470 categories. The opportunity for smaller industrial suppliers is not necessarily to build another general chatbot, but to turn their existing technical knowledge, compatibility rules and application history into structured data that buyers and AI systems can query directly.
