Epicor has made its Prism portfolio of vertical AI agents generally available across Latin America, embedding more than 18 agents directly into manufacturing and distribution ERP workflows. For smaller regional software firms and ERP consultancies, the opening is practical: customers now have AI inside their core operating system but still need industry-specific implementation, workflow design and measurable productivity projects around it.
